What happens after I place my order?
After your purchase, UK law requires us to verify your identity and entitlement to the registration number. Upload your documents below or reply to your order confirmation email with them attached. Verification usually takes around 1 hour, after which your order will be dispatched promptly.
What documents do I need?
You’ll need one proof of identity and one proof of registration entitlement.
Proof of identity:
Driving licence
Passport
Utility bill (dated within 6 months)
Council tax bill
Bank or building society statement
Proof of registration entitlement:
V5C logbook
V5C/2 New Keeper Slip
Certificate of Entitlement (V750)
Retention Document (V778)
